From an African American family in Texas comes this early three-legged bent willow stand topped by thick piece of crate wood marked “Kansas City.” The stand’s curvaceous legs still bear their originally black, red and gold stripes, as the photos show. The stand is in very good sturdy condition with minor loss or breakage to twigs on the lower legs and some shrinkage to the stand’s top.
