Paint-Decorated Twig Stand
The combination of turquoise paint and gilded trim adds a decorative punch to this humble but well made folk art stand. The hexagonal top is another nice touch, as is the graceful “hour glass” form. Made of sturdy rustic limbs, with four splayed legs, the stand is 30” h and 10-1/2” x 10-1/2” at the base. The top is 9-3/4” x 9-1/2.” C. 1930s. Origin unknown. Very sturdy condition.
